Livora Nutrition Return & Refund Policy
All perishable goods (such as food or supplements), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items or items with a logo), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days with a clear photo, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For packages that never arrive, we’ll investigate and provide a refund or reprint as needed. Refunds are issued as credits, which you may apply to future orders.
